The Annual National Shrimp Festival’s Art Patron Program started as a way to attract high quality artists to the Festival. The Program has been in existence for many years and continues to enhance the quality and type of fine art we are able to offer.
The cost of becoming an Art patron is $255.00. As an Art Patron for the Festival you will receive an Art Patron Voucher for $225.00, one ribbon featuring your name and/or business that will be displayed in the booth of the artist whose art you’ve purchased, one official poster t-shirt, one commemorative pin, and one baseball cap.
So how does this work? During the Festival you will take your Art Patron Voucher totaled at $225.00 and shop in the Fine Art section of the Festival. Once you have found the perfect piece, present that artist with your voucher and ribbon. Then simply walk away with your artwork and leave your ribbon behind to be visible to the thousands of visitors at the Festival.
